Clubhouse Interior Progress

Just a few photos from different areas of the clubhouse. The kitchen is in, the bathrooms are in, the fitness center is finished, a washer & dryer has been installed, and we've mounted a few TV's and brought in some furniture.

Blacktop Roads & Driveways Finished

Spring has been fairly wet in Minnesota so far and has made it tough for some of our projects, but we're very happy to see our new asphalt streets and driveways finished. Here you can see the first blacktop roads going down.

Clubhouse Exterior Finished

We've finished putting up the wood siding on the clubhouse. We also finished pouring the concrete for the walkway and steps to the front entrance.

Clubhouse Exterior

Our new wood siding & shingles have arrived. We have finished putting all the cedar-shake shingles on the clubhouse. We also have finished putting the wood siding on our gatehouse and are very pleased with the results. The wood siding is a hand-hewn pine scanlog - quite a mouthful, but this siding gives the clubhouse a beautiful hand-finished cabin look which is ideal for our "up north" location.

Clubhouse Roof

We're almost finished with the roof of the clubhouse. We also have all of our windows installed. Next week we will start putting the wood siding on the exterior.

Our New Sales Office - Park Model

We first saw this park model at the Minneapolis RV, Vacation & Camping show in February. We've now converted it into our new sales office. Later we'll add a nice deck around it along with some other upgrades.

Finished Lots

At last! The trees are planted, the pedestals with 50 amp service are in, the water is on, the sewer hookups are ready, cable TV is installed, the concrete pads are poured, the grass sod is down, and we've also added some mulch around the trees. Voila! Soon we will also put down asphalt for the streets, but most of our lots for Phase I are now finished and ready to welcome visitors.

Framing Clubhouse III

We finished the framing for the rafters for the front entrance and back patio. Soon we will add the metal roofs.
