The purpose of this blog is to provide real-time updates on the construction of Minnesota's premiere RV resort destination - RV Resort Village at The Preserve, built by RV'ers for RV'ers. Our project is a massive undertaking and we invite you to check in regularly to watch us transform from bare dirt to one of the finest RV resorts in the entire Midwest.

Our lots are built with big rigs in mind - the smallest lots are 50 feet wide by 100 feet long - plenty of room to level your Class A motorhome or a 400 sq. foot park model.

Located in beautiful Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, we are 3 hours away from the Twin Cities and famous for not only the incredible walleye and crappie fishing, but we are also in the heart of the Brainerd Golf Trail - named by Golf Digest's "Top 50 Golf Destinations in the World".
